Glycerine Innovation Research Award

ACI and the National Biodiesel Board (NBB) sponsor the Glycerine Innovation Research Award through American Oil Chemists' Society (AOCS) annually. The award recognizes outstanding research into new applications for glycerine with particular emphasis on commercial viability. For more information about this award and nominations, please see the AOCS website.

Congratulations to the 2013 recipient, Dr. B.L.A. Prabhavathi Devi, for her research on
glycerol-based acid and base carbon catalysts for green processes!
